Hi! I’m Eli Tippmann , the founder of Rafter E Pups. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and what I do. I come from a big family and we always had a passion for dogs. This has been a dream of mine since I can remember.
I grew up on a small ranch and our family always had dogs around, along with horses and cattle. I’ve practically been taking care of animals my whole life, and I absolutely love what I do. I wouldn’t say that I’ve always wanted to be a breeder, but I knew that I wanted to constantly be around animals.
My dogs love to go with me whenever I visit Tractor Supply Co. and they’d walk around the store with me. People love seeing them too and they equally love the attention. They love riding on the truck and working on the ranch too! This is the kind of connection I want my clients to have with the puppies they get from me.

What do you feed your puppies?
For all our miniature and micro puppies, we give them NutriSource Small & Medium Breed Puppy Food. For standard breeds, we give them NutriSource Large Breed Puppy Food.
How can I purchase a puppy from Rafter E Pups?
In order to reserve your puppy, you would need to place a $450 deposit until they are ready to go home. This deposit will be deducted from the full price of your puppy and is strictly non-refundable.
How does the shipping process go?
Ground Transport costs $550 while a Flight Nanny service is $1000. The rates are standard for all states. The amount charged covers the cost of transportation and the health certificate. Crates or carriers used during travel are not included in the fee.
Can I Pick out a puppy at Rafter E Pups?
You can definitely come over and pick out a puppy from us. Just give us a call and we'll set a schedule for your visit.
Are the puppies Dewormed and Vaccinated?
Every two weeks from the time the puppies are born, they are given a weight-appropriate dose of dewormer (Pyrantel Pamoate by Columbia Laboratories). By the time the puppies reach 6 and 8 weeks old, they will be given a Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPvL2 vaccine, intended to prevent Distemper, Adenovirus Type I & II, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Leptospirosis.
How do I know the puppy I take home is healthy?
We will provide you with a health guarantee ensuring that the puppy you will bring home is of excellent health. In addition, we recommend that you take your puppy to your vet for a complete check up within 3 days upon reaching your home.
Do you own the parents of the puppies?
Yes, Rafter E Pups owns the moms and dads of the puppies.
Are the parents AKC or CKC registered?
All our purebred parent dogs are registered with the AKC or CKC.
Payment FAQ's
Can I pay using my Credit Card?
Yes, you can certainly process your payment using your credit card. Our site is completely safe and secure for your transaction.
How else can I process my payment online?
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, bank transfer, Paypal, or Venmo. A credit card fee of 2.9% + 0.30c will be added to your invoice during payment. Give us a call if you need any assistance processing payments through these channels.
